How to Register Online

Program registrations can be made by clicking directly on the Registration button on the main menu or by clicking on any of the below Individual Programs or Camps. Using the Registration button will require you to filter your search by season and program. If you select one of the Programs or Camps below you will be directed to the Registration page for the program or camp selected (i.e. Tumble Tots).

Milton Springers Registration Tips and Tricks

Please note: that we do not offer pre-registration for the Fall session, as registration is open to everyone at the same time. We’re doing our best to make the registration process as smooth as possible and to answer any questions that may come up along the way.

Level Requirements:

  • Before Fall Registration Day, please check in with your child’s coach during the Spring session to confirm which level they should register for. Registration day can be very busy, and we may not be able to respond to all questions right away.
  • If your child has participated in a previous session, you can also find their level in your Milton Springers account under your child’s Gymnast Profile → Achievement Level

Registration Age Requirements:

Please note that age requirements are based on either the child’s age on the first day of class or school age guidelines for 2026.

Parent & Tot 18 months - 3 year olds / Tumble Tots - 3 year olds

  • Children must meet the age requirement by the first day of class.

Kindergym - 4 & 5 year olds

  • For children in Junior or Senior Kindergarten
  • Eligibility is based on school age requirements as of December 31, 2026

Girls Rec / Boys Rec / Tumbling / Trampoline - Ages 6+

  • Child must be in Grade 1 or higher
  • Eligibility is based on school age requirements as of December 31, 2026
Additional Tips:
  1. Join the Waitlist: If the class is full, sign up for the waitlist. People often drop out before the session starts, and spots may open up.
  2. Monitor Registration Closely: Sometimes, spots become available when people release them from their carts, on registration day.
  3. Be Flexible: Having a flexible schedule can help you take advantage of openings in alternative classes or times.
  4. New Classes: We often are able to offer additional classes if there's enough demand, which is usually the case.

This approach can improve your chances of securing a spot for your child(ren)
